My relative has dementia, can they still attend? 
 
Yes , we have people with lots of different degrees of dementia. We do however need them to be able to feed themselves and go to the toilet themselves as we are not registered carers. Our doors are never locked so members will need to be aware they cannot wander outside. 
How do I volunteer? 
 
We are always looking for volunteers. Contact Lucy or Sam on 01753 853654 or email kgvidaycentre@gmail.com 
How do I make an appointment for the hairdresser or chiropodist? 
 
You can book in with Lucy or Sam using the usual contact number or email. These services do get booked up quickly. The hairdresser comes every Thursday morning and the Chiropodist is 6 weekly. 
Is Transport Provided? 
 
Yes we can currently collect from Windsor. We are looking into other transport options outside this catchment. 
Do you cater for food allergies? 
 
Yes we can cater to all dietary requiremnets. Please speak to Tracy The cook for more information. 
How much does lunch cost? 
 
Lunch is £10 for 2 courses and the transport is £3 each way. 
Do you hire your hall? 
 
Yes, give the office a call for availability. The cost is £20 per hour. 
What are the age restrictions? 
 
We advertise from retirement age. However most of our members are late 70's into 90's. 
What sort of entertainment do you offer? 
 
We have a range of entertainment from singers, bands, amatueur dramatic groups, and tribute acts. We also do painting, flower arranging, and other arts and craft activities. 
How do you become a member and do I need to book my day in? 
 
You do not need to be referred. Give us a call and we can give you further information. Yes you will need to book in as we need to give the cook numbers for lunch.
